Pros: The Omni Hotel is superb! Impeccable service and a prime location. The standout features are the amenities, like the 3-mile guest shuttle, plus coffee, water, and petit fours available during specific hours. We felt incredibly welcome.

Great location for the Galleries and Museums, and very close to public transport I’d come back to the OMNI DTLA!

Pros: Being right in the heart of Downtown LA. Walking distance to most galleries and close to public transport.

Cons: We didn’t really eat at the hotel there wasn’t a huge menu. But there are great breakfast places in the plaza and the Grand Market is close by.

A Good Choice

Pros: Lovely room and a great team of people. Deborah at breakfast was lovely. The complimentary buffet cold items breakfast was a nice touch.

Cons: The pool area although usable looked as if it had been closed down for winter. This is a great choice for West Hollywood.

Brilliant value for money. Lovely clean hotel.

Pros: Hotel was amazing. Great value for money. We booked with club lounge which was great. Laura our waitress in club lounge was so professional and looked after us. Beds were really comfortable. Valet service was brilliant. They take you free of charge within 3 miles of hotel and pick you up on request.

Great value for money, club lounge lovely. Very clean.

Pros: Upgraded to club lounge room. Excellent value for money and would definitely recommend. Laura (staff member in club lounge) was excellent, accommodating and made our visit. Staff at reception were all really helpful. Room was clean, and valet service amazing.

Good location and nice room.

Pros: The hotel is location in a quiet area, you can get to the public transport really easily, the room was confortable, a littel dated. The pool area was also dated.

Cons: The staff at breakfast were unorganised, and took orders from customers who arrived at breakfast 10 minutes after us first.....then did not have what was on the menu...yogurt! Then forgot the bread!
