Great for a quick visit to downtown LA.

Pros: It was clean, it was spacious, and it was in a great location to see the old part of downtown LA.

Cons: When we opened the blinds, the windows faced onto air-conditioning units and a brick wall for of the next building.

affordable stay

Pros: the location was close to the metro however it did look a bit scary at night. The room itself was much larger than we expected with several facilities available. it was perfect for a quick stay and that was exactly what we did. the hotel was also able to help us by storing our baggage the next morning as our next accommodation was not ready in time.

Cons: the room did not have much in the way of soundproofing and the light kept flickering long after it was switched off. also, no direct light into the room.

Pros: Well cleaned apartment, right in the city center, close to the subway station and the markets are very close. They also have in-house laundry and gym.

Cons: Elevators and lobbies smelled a bit, that needs to be worked on

Perfect for our three night stay

Pros: Fabulous apartment with plenty of room. Perfect for two couples or a family. As the apartment had kitchen facilities we were able to make our own.

We enjoyed our room. Had a little trouble with the lights. Handy to the Metro

Pros: The gentleman at the desk upgraded us to a bigger room which was lovely

Pleasant stay in Downtown LA

Pros: Big apartment with a lot of room, comfy beds and a fully furnished kitchen. Very clean.The bathroom is a bit basic, but it's ok. It's an old building, but it has been renovated. We appreciated the laundry room and the small gym. The area is not as bad as some other people said. During the day it's full of common people walking around, at night there are a few \

Cons: The building doesn't have its own parking lot. There is one just in front of it which is not great (check out the other reviews, it's all in there), but convenient. There's a better one around the corner on Broadway and even better ones a few blocks away (just go in the opposite direction of the Skid Row!) if you don't mind walking a few minutes.

Pros: Great welcome from the staff who helped us finding the best places to visit.

Confort over safety

Pros: Great space, equipped with all that you need for a family or work related trip, well located from a public transportation perspective

Cons: Area around the building is not the prettiest, there was a lot of noise and homeless in the area

Nice place in downtown LA

Pros: Hotel itself was lovely once you’re indoors. And our room was amazing! Beautiful and clean - everything you’d need for a stay is there. We were there only overnight. Staff very friendly and gave us great recommendations for dinner and breakfast the next day.

Cons: Nothing - all was fine

Spacious and well-located home from home in downtown

Pros: Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Loads of apartment space and good kitchen facilities, strong shower. Good temperature control. Wi-fi reliable after it had been down (neighbourhood problem) for first few hours of our stay. One of us was able to do zoom calls no problem so you can definitely do some work there. Big comfy beds! The fridge had an ice machine! Property felt secure and they looked after our bags at reception after check out. Location was excellent for getting around the city and having access to restaurants, supermarkets and many other amenities.

Cons: Neighbourhood could be a bit rowdy late at night on weekends. Street was getting repaved so construction work too made it hard to get into parking but this I assume is a temporary problem. Could do with more coffee provided for the machine.
