Superb Location

Pros: Christian at reception was exceptionally helpful with excellent customer service. The location was excellent, walking distance to attractions, restaurants in DTLA. Grand Central and station were a few steps away. The room was comfortable and cleaned daily. Coffee, tea, and toiletries were replenished daily. There were additional charges, and the 100 usd holding was released five minutes after checking out. We definitely recommend and stay there again when in LA. This accommodation was value for money.

Cons: My personal preference would have been to have a window that opens to let in fresh air The air-conditioning did a fantastic job, so not having a window that opened wasn't any discomfort. Nothing to complain about.

Pros: The room was compact but have everything we needed and was very clean. The Hotel itself was central to what we needed for a one day stay especially just a minute walk to the train station.

Pros: Great location. Room was clean and everything worked fine.. I could leave my luggage after check out for few hours at the hotel and it was very helpful. Grand market very near and the hotel is easily accessible from union station. Nearest convenience store 7.11 is 4 blocks away..

Pros: Staff are polite , room was as advertised. The location being near a food market helped but it's a pretty sketchy area. It is very close to the art galleries and Disney centre for music performances so location was very good .

Cons: A Kettle in the room would have been nice. Not all people drink coffee pods ! Otherwise all good

Pros: Excellent location. A very guest friendly hotel. A huge central grand market is within walking distance. Can find any food you want

Pros: Walking distance to central market and other atractions in donwtown LA. Clean and confortable rooms. Ideal for touristing around the city. Having breakfast everyday at the market was amazing.

Cons: City Center is definetly not a safe area. You have to be alert when you go out, specially at nights.
