Despite the odour, this place is tops!

Pros: The vibe and decor of the place was awesome! Staff were all amazing and super helpful!

Cons: The odour... which starts at the basement level and permeates up through the floors needs to be addresses. Regardless if it is a city issue (ie. Sewers) the hotel should try to contain the smell.

Fantastic stay in DTLA

Pros: Was here for a few days. Lovely boutique hotel, comfortable rooms right in the heart of DTLA. Staff were awesome and the rooftop bar was a lovely spot for a post work beer. The price point was also really fair considering how nice the hotel was.

Cons: Nothing.

Mixed feelings

Pros: The location was great, the room was clean and lovely.

Cons: Not a great variety of vegetarian options in the rooftop bar. The plumbing, though interesting from a decorative perspective, didn’t function very well.

Pros: It is beautiful hotel with amazing rooms. Stunning rooftop bar and pool and the staff were incredible

Cons: Thought room service meal was disappointing and not usual standard

Pros: Location, Interior, personal, restaurant, roof-top. Nice place

Cons: That's about all the hotels in Downtown - an extra payment is required at check-in. Booking says everything is done with payment, but this is incorrect; be prepared to pay a minimum of $100 extra for every night.

Very very happy with the hotel and staff

Pros: Beautiful curated and designed. The hotel itself is a charm and different from other hotel. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. I am normally skeptical about hotel food but it turned out as a very pleasant surprise, I actually almost finished the entire breakfast. Would definitely come back for my next trip to LA.

Cons: Central oriented windows mean that you’ll see other rooms and vice versa. Perhaps an additional see through curtains would allow some ample lighting in while protecting guest privacy.

Pros: Everything - 5 star! Concierge to welcome you outside the front door on the street - unheard of! Beautiful room, comfy bed and convenient location. Superb roof top bar, friendly staff.
