Delightful stay!

Pros: I had a delightful stay here, quick check in, my room was ready early and i was able to check in, Angel at the reception was wonderful. The rooms are spacious clean and have great views! Everything was great.

Pros: The staff were friendly and inviting, always said good morning and afternoon which is always a good way to make someone feel welcome.

Cons: The roof top bar has no smoking area but thats not a worry.

Pros: The best thing where people working there, with smile and willingness to solve all..bad side rooms were not sometimes cleaned so you have the reminded them. Best of all was Consigerge Mr. Marvin Bojorques. He was going miracles to find tickets to LA GALAXY, dinners, tours..it's a real pleasure and treasure that hotel has such man with such capability . If come will return to hotel for shore.

Great hotel and staff

Pros: Fantastic staff, who allowed us to check in a few hours early after a flight from Australia. Roof top bar allowed excellent views of the whole of LA. Gym was 24/7 and had state of the art equipment . Great location to get to crypto.com arena

Cons: Having to go up in a lift to the 73rd floor and then go a back down in a lift to your room. Opposite process for leaving the hotel as well. Outside the hotel didn’t feel 100% safe but that said we didn’t have any problems.

Cons: Long queue at check in and breakfast, in particular expect at least an hour wait for breakfast to be served

Pros: Good location. Mall nearby and 20mins from Hollywood hill. Minibar also had option of an adapter and charger

Nice rooms but not worth booking a room with Breakfast.

Pros: Nice clean room with a good view. The gym is excellent too.

Cons: The Breakfast situation is unacceptable. There is no bouffe. Your are only allowed to get something from a limited menu up to 39$ which is equal to one small plate. Then you also need to pay 10% taxes plus 18% gratuity fee on top of this price, and all these for a breakfast that you already paid for during booking, as I paid for a room with breakfast included. The waiting time until you get served was almost an hour.

Unforgettable experience

Pros: All was great, very comfortable hotel, I appreciate Sami's support and guidance . Also all the team working there were helpful including the security and the hostess at the entrance at Ground floor.
