Great location
Pros: Location is good. Right next to the convention center where I need to go to.
Cons: The breakfast could be better.

Pros: Very spacious and extremely clean. Considering the close location to both the airport and the railway line, was extremely quiet.
Cons: Mediocre breakfast. Would have been improved with the addition of pastries, yogurt, and boiled eggs. The toilet was extremely low to the ground, making it difficult for those with knee issues.

A very pleasant and great value stay!
Pros: A brilliant looking hotel with great facilities, and the evening meal burger was just great!
Cons: Nothing, it was great.

Pros: Perfect hotel with every facility. The reality of the hotel exceeded my expectations, which is always really great!
Cons: Location-wise it is somewhat out of what is considered LA as a tourist but the price also reflected that, so that is alright.

It was a comfortable one night stay.
Pros: It was a comfortable stay, prompt check-in. Rooms were clean and spacious however a bit dated.
Cons: The breakfast was being handed out by a lady with measured quantities who wasn’t very friendly. They could definitely improve the breakfast by having a buffet and friendlier staff.

Great location!
Pros: Breakfast included is very convenient! The rooms are spacious and clean. Property looked clean and well kept. Staff was courteous and efficient. Lots of parking. Spires restaurant is walking distance away.
Cons: The breakfast needs a little more tweaking. Add regular sized muffins. Add a DIY waffle machine right next to the toaster. Biscuits and gravy are also an affordable add. Periodically check the USB ports in the rooms. Thank you for having them but they all should be working. About half of ours in the room worked.

Spacious rooms with Livingroom area.
Pros: Located right next door to Ontario Convention Center. Hugh rooms with separate livingroom area. Comfortable beds. Onsite restaurant that served free Continental breakfast from 6:30 am to 9 am. Served dinner Mon-Sat from 5 pm to 9 pm. We didn't eat dinner here. Clean, well maintained pool/hot tub area. Extremely well lit parking lot, a lot of parking. Looks like my hubby could park his Semi here next time we're in Ontario. Spires restaurant is right next door. Close to fwys. The gentlemen that helped me with quarters on Sunday and the one who helped me with check out, had excellent customer service skills! Thank you! Check out was as easy as dropping the key cards into a little acrylic box on the front desk.
Cons: Upgrade two washers and two dryers for four stacked units that have time display. Put 3 to 4 chairs in the laundry room to wait on clothes. Repair or replace USB lamps in the room, only two of four worked in 2248. Mount the TV on the wall. Increase the small fridge by .5 to 1 cf. The Continental breakfast needs much improvement, very subpar. Only regular scrambled eggs, scrambled cheesy eggs or scrambled eggs with diced ham available both days of our stay. No bacon or sausage available either day, should be offered everyday! Only white and wheat toast offered, how about bagels or muffins too. A DIY Waffle maker near the toaster. Apples and Oranges was the fresh fruit selection, just offer apples and some cut fruit/melon. You could add biscuits and gravy to the menu. None of these improvements or upgrades to the breakfast would cost to much to add to the daily menu or in rotation. Young man that checked us at 3:30 pm on 1/13/22 needs to retrain his customer service etiquette. He never made eye contact, didn't smile and seemed a little bothered by us checking in. I don't know if we interrupted something he was doing in the back. When asked what was the easiest way to our room, because he offered no direction to our room other than it was on the 2nd floor, he gestured towards his left. We walked down the hall we thought he motioned to, nope! Walked around the perimeter of the restaurant right back around to the lobby. We finally seen the hall for the elevators on the other side of the hall wall we went down. At home, I sprained my foot on our way to check in and not having to hop around looking for the elevator would have been much nicer.
