Pros: the rooftop experience was really good. The staff were very helpful. The poolside experience was also good although there were no Roaming service providers you had to getting up

Cons: The afternoon and evening staff were not very helpful at all. The morning staff were. The experience didn’t feel as luxurious as I would have liked however I was told that West Hollywood is a little bit more edgy however the rooms could’ve been more luxurious. We had a random fridge on the ground in our room in addition to the mini bar

Pros: Fantastic rooftop pool, friendly and helpful staff, very exquisite bar, lobby and restaurant. We enjoyed our stay very much, for the third time

Pros: We love the pool and it’s view, the breakfast is excellent, staff is friendly and very helpful. The bar is worth spending a late night.

Cons: Some rooms are not practically equipped, in general rooms are too expensive.

Excellent and modern place to stay in LA

Pros: the receptionist Charlie, was excellent - gentle and very helpful. He made our day choosing the suitable room. Staff at the pool was very kind as well. and we enjoyed the view from the room and roof top pool very much!

Gesehen und gesehen werden ist das Motto!

Pros: Die Lage und Zimmer sind Top! Zudem war das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Cons: Die Aussicht…man schaut auf einen Parkplatz und kann nur am Rand die Skyline sehen, obwohl es mit Sicht auf die Skyline gebucht war! Das jeder Zugang zu unsere Etage hatte, das ist in diesem Preissegment nicht ok, da jeder in das Hotel rein kommt ohne sich ausweisen zu müssen!
