Lovely location but needs some improvement with accessibility

Pros: Love the view and the location. The property also had clean facilitaties.

Cons: No shuttle service to the airport available. Shuttle schedules to the Pike was quite inflexible. The hotel is a bit on the pricey side considering these two main factors that would've made the overall stay exceptional.

Excellent

Pros: We were in the renovated section and it was excellent. Great view, excellent vibe, very good food and very comfortable with an in room coffee maker. Ticked all of my needs

It is good for short term stay

Pros: Good location if you need to be close to the cruise terminal . Check in was quick and easy. Staff is amazing especially housekeeping . Overall I was satisfied with the stay at Maya Hotel .

Cons: The hotel room didn’t have enough lighting. There weren’t enough lamps or light fixtures, and even when I turned on the lights, the room still felt too dark.

Great hotel to stay in for a chilled few days with amazing views

Pros: The decor was very cool and unique , great shuttle service to the Pike Outlet

Cons: Only downside was the pool bar was closed both times I went to the pool

Lovely hotel

Pros: Lovely location close to the Queen Mary. Very comfortable room with balcony and sea view. The pool restaurant and bar areas were very enjoyable with friendly staff

Cons: Noise from the adjoining blocks air conditioning unit

Beautiful for family or couples.

Pros: The view was right off the ocean. There was a balcony so you were able to relax and enjoy the view. Although the room was right off the pool, it was not loud or distracting.

Cons: I got in a bit late, however I had time to enjoy dinner on ground and walk around a bit and see all the beautiful parts of the hotel. Very nice hotel.
