Hotel Mai Downtown Long Beach

I stayed at 6 hotels in the past 4 weeks and this one was #1 and exceeded my expectations.

Pros: Well the beds were sooo comfortable I couldn’t get out of it. 😂 beautiful hotel

Cons: There’s a bit of noise from the street but it’s ok. Didn’t keep me up. Also, I would have liked a place for my own shampoo and stuff in the shower.. had to get out to grab my bottles.. that’s literally it. Perfect hotel

Pros: All the room furnishings were new and modern, some of the best I've seen for the price point. Even includes an auto bidet! Large comfortable bed and big TV.

Cons: Unfortunately it can be a little noisy on the street from the train and buses.

Nice location, modern small hotel, nice colours

Pros: The hotel was central in location, quite area, room was capacious, modern toilet

Cons: I booked with my son credit card, they only told me when I arrived that they didn't accept the card without my name and they didn't accept cash, They should have told me before I come to use other cards They didn't clean the room for four days, may be I have to ask, no regular cleaning like other hotels

My stay was fun, convenient, safe and enjoyable. Everything was in close proximity for us

Pros: I enjoyed the room and the amenities. I also liked the fact that the staff were available to help and answer any questions. The staff really seem to enjoy their job and making sure that visitors are happy. The safety of the building is also a plus for me.

Cons: The area has too many homeless people. However, they did not bother us.

Pros: Location near Convention Center was great walking distance from downtown. The beds are very nice and comfortable and the room was very updated and clean.

Cons: Parking isn’t the best at this location but it’s expected when you’re downtown. The daily parking area fee they offer is too high.

Great location, comfortable and clean rooms and a great price.

Pros: Great location, clean, friendly and helpful staff. They give you free water for the entirety of the stay. The rooms have a balcony, comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms. You can access all of your streaming services on the in room tv..

Nice place to say, awful parking.

Pros: Room was nice and clean. Walls were thin and could hear furniture moving around. Some road noise but nothing that kept you awake. Would stay there again if in long beach if I needed to be in that exact area.

Cons: Hotel was nice but the parking is very small and I had to pay $20 to park in a lot behind the hotel. I checked in at midnight and it was a little scary having to walk from that lot back to the hotel. We were told there was a shooting the night before around the corner. Their doors were locked so I can imagine there is a reason to lock those at night.

Worth the money if you’re splurging.

Pros: The bed,shower, pool, and balcony/rooftop were nice. The owner was nice enough to let me bring my bike up to my room.

Cons: The WiFi had issues connecting so we were only able to use cable channels.

Przyjemny pobyt, dobra lokalizacja i stosunek jakości do ceny. Polecam!

Pros: Widać, że to nowy hotel. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, dookoła sporo ciekawych miejsc z jedzeniem, stosunkowo blisko do plaży i cenowo bardzo dobrze względem hoteli w pobliżu. Zdecydowanie polecam :)

Cons: Na minus na pewno problem z fakturą - ani Booking ani hotel nie były w stanie nam jej wystawić, przez co finalnie jej nie otrzymaliśmy. Poza tym mało sklepów w okolicy, ale to raczej kwestia miasta.

Pros: Very clean , modern , and quiet. Staff is very kind
