Pros: was extremely comfortable and perfect for a weekend trip . right next to my old favorite donut shop and the metro station , would highly recommend !

Cons: only downside is there’s construction across the street which is heard in the daytime .

Exceeded my expectations. Perfect stay for a single person traveling

Pros: I travel by myself and found my room to be absolutely perfect. The size is not too small like some reviews say. Everything I could want or need is in my room. It's clean, comfortable, and quiet. My room is #25 on the third floor. I wish I had booked another night. I am extremely pleased.

Cons: I don't have a view. Honestly it took me a while to even come up with one thing I didn't like. Small potatoes compared to all the all the things I liked.

A clean, nice, new, small room in an apartment style building that could use some fixing.

Pros: really cool little room. everything was brand new and nice. the bed was comfy. nice amenities and charging options. nice shower pressure.

Cons: the “lobby” itself is the definition of lipstick on a pig. the stairs were gross and stained and smelled like cat pee. there’s no staff - could be a problem if you ever had an issue though. the location is also directly across from big construction - could be noisy. the room was super small - not an issue for me, but if people are expecting anything bigger, this isn’t the place.
