Pros: The staff and how clean and nice it was. Especially the seat by the window.

Cons: The way to exit the property with the key was a little confusing and checkout wasn’t explained

Staff was great and so was the location

Pros: The check in and check out staff was a lovely woman whose name started with an N (I’m bad with names) and she was awesome! She deserves a raise, she was friendly and helpful!

Cons: The breakfast option was a lil pricey for so many kids especially after paying a decent amount for the rooms. There wasn’t anything in the room that let us know about breakfast or what the options were.

Aangenaam verblijf op prima locatie

Pros: Het hotel was comfortabel, proper met een mooie en moderne badkamer (glazen douchewand ipv douchegordijn). Het lag op loopafstand van de boulevard en het Pike outlet centrum. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk. Het zwembad was klein maar er waren comfortabele ligstoelen en het zwembad werd niet druk bezocht. De kaart in het restaurant was beperkt maar wel heel erg lekker. In het hotel is een Market waar je allerlei kleine dingen kunt kopen.

Cons: Enige minpuntje: resort fee: bij inchecken werd ons (zo heb ik het alleszins begrepen) verteld dat dit aangerekend werd maar dat we, per dag dat we iets verbruiken in het hotel, dit terug afgetrokken zouden krijgen bij de afrekening. Dit met een max. Van 2x15 dollar per dag. Op de digitale afrekening kon ik die korting nergens terugvinden. Ik stuurde hiervoor, via Booking.com, een bericht naar het hotel, maar hierop hebben ze nog niet gereageerd.

Perfect!!!

Pros: The property is up to date and immaculate. The room is quiet. We stayed during prom weekend and were not, in any way, disturbed by it at all.
