Hyatt Regency Long Beach

We enjoyed our stay whist at the the Hyatt longbeach

Pros: Location allowed us to walk to localised restaurants. Room was comfortable which also allowed access to next room for rest of family. Facilities : market place in lobby was very handy

Cons: Cleaning of rooms was average. Crumbs on bench and floor were never cleaned and we cleaned up. One day ,bed wasn’t made properly as top sheet was tangled in top cover at at base of bed

Great location in heart of Long Beach

Pros: Great location and pool for kids. Pizza was delicious from market bar.

Pros: Wonderful hotel at the harbour nearby the Yacht Marina and the Queen Mary. Nice restaurants around. Well kept rooms. We stayed three nights and felt very comfortable.

Grea stop if leaving/joining a cruise ship.

Pros: Close to cruise terminal, short Uber away. Great places to eat around area. Huge Tv

Cons: Little dated but big rooms

I found Long Beach and the harbour okay

Pros: Good Points: * The room was nice, and the staff were friendly. * I appreciated the gym and the assistance I received from Ana, who resolved some billing issues for me. * When a strange odour occurred in my room, the staff promptly offered me another room, which I greatly appreciated. * The hotel arranged a Hollywood Tour, which was great, but for other tour options, guests had to make arrangements independently.

Cons: Areas for Improvement: * The food selection in the “market” could be expanded. * The breakfast options could be more enticing. * I recommend ensuring that the hallways to the rooms are cleaned more frequently. General Observations: * I noticed a higher presence of homeless individuals in Long Beach, which might reflect broader social challenges. I even assisted someone in locating a lost phone. * During my stay, there didn’t seem to be many activities available, perhaps due to the off-season.

Very relaxing

Pros: Beautiful view from the bedroom. Location was very central to the pier, beach & good restaurants.

Cons: It was very busy. Although this created a fun atmosphere, the pool was full of children.

I was happy with my stay.

Pros: View was nice, even from the first floor. The staff were very helpful. Nothing was turely close by foot, but that's par for the course in America. The venue is close to a lot of stuff by local standards.

Cons: Minor wear in out of sigh places.

A very pleasant and comfortable stay for a great value.

Pros: Comfortable beds, friendly staff, good location, great lounge areas in the lobby. Nice pool and jacuzzi.

Cons: The coffee at the market bar. It was overpriced and not strong or very good.

Nice hotel for quick passing through visit.

Pros: Clean and spacious room. Is a little bit conference-like and not so much your stereotypical holiday hotel. Still did the job for us as we were just passing through to break up a long road trip journey.

Cons: The location wasn’t ideal.

Great place to stay

Pros: Loved everything about this hotel, the staff were so friendly and helpful. Love the Swan boats and location
