Four Points by Sheraton Ventura Harbor Resort

Pros: So friendly staff (Scott), he made everything possible. Clean and big room with fridge and microwave.

Cons: A bit noisy from the road and other guests. And the hotel is far away from downtown and beach.

decent stay close to the harbor for a good price

Pros: The hotel had everything we needed for a weekend stay. Rooms were clean, there was a nice hot tub and heated pool. The restaurant in the hotel is more like hotel lounge but the food was really good and we even got gratis desert. Would probably stay somewhere else with my family if it was more than 3 days.

Cons: could use some renovation

Excellent property, great staff.

Pros: Facility was clean and quiet. Our room was viewing the harbor, but we really need something that's quiet, and this property met that. Everybody was happy.

Cons: The bathroom sink had a sewage smell to it. We did not report it because it wasn't a big deal for the two nights we stayed. No dresser available in our room, so it was a bit of a faff to get stuff organized.

$418 seemed a bit high for a night.

Pros: Great location, walking distance to harbour. front desk staff were friendly, helpful and very professional

Cons: our door lock was dodgy, fastening screw was loose and preventing door from operating properly. property could use some updates. thought rate was high for condition of property.

Exciting due to epic storm. Felt safe.

Perfect getaway from the over 100 degree heat in Riverside. Only about a 2 and a half hour drive .

Pros: Room overlooked the marina, it was spacious and the sliding door allowed us to open for fresh air everyday

Cons: The chairs in the room were very stiff and mostly uncomfortable to sit in. The resort needs to spend a little money to freshen up each room. Ours had wall paper peeling off one of the walls. The sliding door was a bit off the tracks (bent).

Pros: I would like to Thank the very kind front desk person Sagar , he was so helpful , cheerful and accommodating. We would go back just because of his personality and helpfulness when we switched rooms to accommodate our daughter , He made our family trip perfect from start to finish . Highly want to thank him also our attending / housekeeping Magnolia , was so lovely and helpful . Great hospitality

Cons: The location is fantastic , the pool , the grounds . It’s quiet and we will be back! We walked to the bar in the evening in hotel great bartender , super friendly “ what one hopes to find while in vacation” his name was Anders!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel, it was comfortable, relaxing, clean rooms, great custom

Pros: The room was spacious, bed and pillows comfortable, very soft, nice little patio, strong shower stream.

Cons: Need plastic mats in bathtub(underneath shower), and near vanity. Almost fell twice, because the floor, and bathtub, were slippery.
