Pros: Location. Clean comfy bed. Lovely food in the restaurant it was all good

Pros: We decided to eat in the hotel restaurant and the food was really good and very well priced and staff very friendly. Room was very comfortable.

Cons: Having to pay for parking.

Great location and lovely staff

Pros: Rooms were a great size and very comfortable. Location was brilliant, a short walk to the beach and to the pier.

Cons: Bathroom was quite tired and could have been cleaner

Pros: Location was amazing. The facility was amazing. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy.

Cons: Only thing I could think of was when I got there it was a long line to check in but that’s not really a big deal.

Pros: The room was specious, comfortable, updated & very clean. We asked and received the pool-view room, which was very pleasant . The hotel staff was polite & attentive , although we did not ask for much. Its 5 mins walk to the beach

Cons: They charge for parking ( 16$/per night ) and Wi-Fi ( 10$ to 15$ per day ) which seems pretty strange to me

Pros: We came to meet family in Ventura. We had a pleasant time at the Ventura Beach Marriott. The staff was kind.

Pros: Service at reception, check in. Gabe was great - extremely polite and helpful Server Nicole, at the bar made us feel so at home. Very welcoming and knowledgeable of her cocktails. Lovely lady

Pros: We thought the breakfast was a free continental breakfast to which we grabbed only eggs. Anyway, we were informed that that was not the case and we had to pay the $24 for the buffet. There was no one to tell us that beforehand and no sign saying that. A sign would be a good idea nevertheless, the one waitress that was on duty was overwhelmed and the only one working and she still did a phenomenal job. Two things to note for this hotel please have a sign showing that this is a buffet for $24 And don’t do that to your staff. Please get more than one person working. I hope that you can acknowledge her great service because as overwhelmed as she was, she still kept up a smile, and although she was forgetful of a few things, who could blame her being alone with so many people? She still Politely apologized and would rectify whatever was needed. I didn’t get her name, but please check the day that we stayed and we were there at 9 AM.

Cons: That there was no sign showing the buffet price and the morning breakfast situation was not organized at all. People did not know where to go or sit or who to ask for help with as there was only one person working for a crowd of about 25 people. In the morning at 10 AM the house cleaning lady just opened our door even though we had a sign saying “do not disturb” as well as she didn’t even give us the heads up of a knock. She just opened up the door. fortunately, my husband had a towel around him. He had just gotten out of the shower. I did let her know that she needs to knock and cannot just open the door, especially when there’s a sign on the door that says “do not disturb“ the hotel needs to make sure the house cleaning staff knows this that’s not acceptable.

Pros: Recently updated, still doing some additional work on landscaping while we were there, but it didn’t take away from our stay.
