Pros: The staff were friendly helpful and knowledgeable The room was clean and tidy, bathroom had a jacuzzi which actually worked, , it is a 3 min walk to the restaurants and bars, about 5 mins to a lovely sandy beach, parking is included in the price ( free ) would stay again as a nice safe place

Cons: The bathroom door slides, which was a little noisy when opened and closed, breakfast is basic but plentiful The pool is cold

Pros: From walking in the door the staff were so friendly and welcoming. So close to the beach and the facilities they offered in the room was great.

Pros: I had a wonderful time at Pacific Inn, it is a very nice hotel , not too luxurious , but which gives you a feeling of holiday by the ocean. The staff has been very friendly and helpful, area is very safe, and close to the beach. Extremely clean , that made me a very good impression that they were always working on cleaning. Free water/coffee/tea/chocolate in the lobby ; they also have a free shuttle bus which was very helpful, upon availability. I would definitely come back to this place!

Cons: The breakfast would need some fresh vegetables, which I asked for. But, during my stay, they didn’t bring them. The coffee is American coffee , which is a very light coffee for Europeans. But minor things not important.

Lovely, quiet, nice room

Pros: The staff were smiley and helpful. We arrived in the wet and cold but the newly renovated room was lovely. Long counter the length of the room great for repacking on 1st stop after airport, a food prep sink, micro and fridge, comfy bed, supermarket nearby, walkable to beach and town, quiet overnight despite near road and McDonald's, lovely breakfast that started early. Really nice, thank you.

Good value and location

Pros: Good location a short walk from the town and beach. The included breakfast was a good bonus. Plenty of parking. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Cons: The breakfast room is quite small but never turned out to be an issue as additional external seating and able to take food to room and sit out on balcony. Photos on website (including those of rooms and pool area), and description of breakfast area facilities and car parking do not do The Pacific Inn justice, making it harder for me to make a decision on booking this hotel initially. Having now been once, I would have no hesitation in booking a future stay in this budget hotel with great location, amenities, and service/staff - I think you could improve your website to better reflect this.

The Pacific Inn is a great place to stay before or after a cruise.

Pros: The location was wonderful. There were nearby shops, and the pier was within walking distance. They have a shuttle that as long as you reserve it in advance, you can go pretty much anywhere within a certain radius.

Cons: It can use some updating with some of the interior furniture and the pool area.
