Comfortable

Pros: Checking in is always so quick and efficient. Employees are always friendly. The lobby, the elevator, the rooms are always so clean.

The room was clean and well supplied.

Pros: We liked that it was included in our stay cost! Food choices were ok.

Cons: Closed too early for a Sunday morning. Tables were not regularly cleaned.

Nice convenient place with a great restaurant, wonderful Lousy airport shuttle service.

Pros: We did not have breakfast. However we had a wonderful dinner. The food was delicious and the view from the restaurant was spectacular. The restaurant alone is reason to stay there. Miguel who was doubling as bartender and wait staff was amazing. He was pretty much running his legs off yet made us welcome. He has a great warm smile and really takes care off his customers. Thank you Miguel.

Cons: The airport shuttle service would be a reason not to stay there. We had an early flight and were a bit concerned that the first shuttle wasn’t until 5:30 am. That gave us less than an hour and a half before our flight. But the worst part was that the shuttle driver was late. The front desk clerk had to call him. When he still didn’t appear, I finally went to where he was parked and tapped on the window. Finally he quit what he was doing and agreed to take us to the airport. By the time we got there we were at the back of a very long line waiting to drop off checked bags. We have TSA pre check so made our flight, but it was a very stressful start to the day. What I really minded was that the shuttle driver belittled our concerns about the time. I did not tip him which is probably the first time I haven’t tipped a shuttle driver.

Convenient stay near airport.

Pros: Very convenient location close to Long Beach Airport. Usually has a shuttle bus from/ airport. Good breakfast available. Large room.

Cons: Shuttle was not running but when I phoned the hotel they offered to pay for the taxi. Restaurant and breakfast were unavailable due to a function; two reasons I’d booked this hotel was for these services. (Fast food across the road, and we were given breakfast at sister hotel next door. ) Curtains did not work. Low quality coffee packs in the room.

Good could use more services at the hotel.

Pros: Friendly staff, not to far from the Aquarium of the Pacific & LA Zoo. Friends met us there and we all traveled together. Did like that Starbucks was close since the creamer there was not good - powder sucks.

Cons: Could have used a breakfast or something easy accessible to eat. Having to leave to eat with a little kid was difficult when we had appointments.

Everything I wanted and needed

Pros: You were able to accommodate a much needed early check in and the room was lovely. The mattress was soooooo very comfortable

Cons: Front desk never smiled

It was a great experience and stay.

Pros: Staff was great. It was clean. I really liked the property.

Pros: The few from the pen House restaurant. The happy hour was wonderful.

Cons: The bed was hard and the walk to the pool and hot tub was not feasible

It was a nice stay for the price

Pros: It was a great location , easy to find and easy to park

Cons: I didn’t like that there was no coffee bar or easy accessible restaurant

Overall very nice hotel in a good area!

Pros: Nice area and the hotel was really nice! Room was a pretty decent size as well.

Cons: Only bad thing was that the door we kinda had to push hard to open it, but other than that the property was great!
