Comfortable stay at Residence Inn

Pros: Staff friendly, bed comfortable and clean, hotel has a relaxed vibe and the breakfast is tasty. Would stay again.

Cons: It's a little expensive. No bathtub in room.

Pros: It will always be a memorable place. My and my dog spent his last days on earth here beforehe passes away...we had the time of our life staying together at the residence inn having quality time and going to the beaches.

While it's nothing fancy, it's both comfortable and functional.

Pros: The room was comparable to a comfortably sized apartment. The ability to cook and store/reheat leftovers saved a lot of time and money over the course of our stay. They also had a nice variety of foods available in their complimentary breakfast. The front desk staff were friendly and quick to address questions and requests. When they realized they'd made an error, they apologized without arguing over excuses and made sure we got the information we needed to proceed.

Cons: The nearby traffic was pretty loud, though that's to be expected due to the location. While windows could be opened to air out the room, we quickly decided it wasn't worth putting up with even more traffic noise. They also neglected to inform us that they were having work done on their TVs during our stay, leaving us unclear over whether the non-hotel-staff technician that showed up at our door was legitimate or just using a pretense to gain access to our unit. And while it's admittedly a minor gripe, they replaced our TV with one that could not rotate as far as the previous one, so we couldn't view the screen in bed without moving the entire dresser it was mounted to.

Pros: The front desk lady Victoria....I believe was excellent. She upgraded us to a suite and provided us with great information on local food spots. They also provide continental breakfast which was nice.

Cons: There is a parking fee and deposit for incidental for about $250 which i was not prepared for.....but other than that everything else was excellent

Pros: The front desk check in staff, the breakfast staff, the cleaning staff were exceptional! They were friendly, helpful. The grounds, the laundry room & our room were probably the cleanest of any hotel we stayed recently. Thank you for a great stay!

Cons: Breakfast buffet has limited options.

Pros: Loved it was close to airport and very clean! We were excited to get into room after cruise early and clerk remembered we were coming back early!
