We stay in a lot of hotels and found yours good value for money and efficient and friendly staff!

Pros: The breakfast area was great, big and open and well tended to by staff. Best we've seen in some time at a hotel!

Cons: One of the elevators went out, but that was a minor thing and didn't have to wait too long with only one in use.

Perfect for a family stay and for access to all of Long Beach and adjacent areas.

Pros: Breakfast was much better than the average hotel breakfast. There was also a happy hour with food and drinks Mon-Wed, which is great especially while working from the hotel. Location is near the airport, easy access to all areas of Long Beach. I was able to charge our PHEV overnight for free. Will definitely be staying here again!

Pros: It was modern. The room was spacious and comfortable. The Breakfast was the best so many options and lots of hot items.

Cons: I didn’t like that the laminate on the kitchen cupboards were coming off. The dust on horizontal surfaces needs to be paid attention to. There was previous damage in the bathroom that was repaired pretty badly.

Pros: The location is great right down the street from where I work so literally 2 mins breakfast wasn't able to enjoy had to rush off to my training for work so I couldn't stay to tell about it...but over all staff excellent, place excellent wouldn't mind just staying to stay...to relax and enjoy a quietly relaxing night...

Cons: N/A that I couldn't stay and enjoy the room longer.

Pros: Gym, free purified water dispenser, free laundry. Hot tub. These amenities made my stay worthwhile to book again Staff is kind and responsive but Scott was the best, cheerful and always greeted us. Kindness goes a long way

Cons: Breakfast could be a bit better. Eggs were watery.
