Perfect stay for Universal studios

Pros: Great location for Universal studios. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The lobby/bar area has lots of sitting areas to relax and have a drink or something to eat. Having a starbucks was handy also if you wanted to grab something quick to go.

Pros: Great location for Universal, free shuttle up the big hill to the park was much appreciated in the pouring rain! Easy 5min walk to the metro station to explore Hollywood and LA easily. Staff super friendly and Lourdes, in particular, a gem. She calmed my panic when our flights were delayed over 6hrs and extended our check out to help. Bedrooms where roomy, beds comfortable and facilities well maintained.

Cons: Not a fan of the drip coffee machine and creamer/half & half, in the room, even if the coffee was Starbucks. Prefer barista coffee and in a pinch nespresso machine and proper milk.

Pros: Location to Universal Studios was excellent. Beds were super comfy

Cons: Pillows are sooo uncomfortable, air-conditioned was very loud, previous guest left a bowl of cheerios and milk in fridge that housekeeping didn't get, hair around the sink

Pros: Loved the convenience of the shuttle to the city walk And the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly

Cons: The rooms were small and the water pressure on the shower was terrible And the outlets couldn't power a lot of our devices properly

Pros: Location, 5 minutes walk to Universal studios, and shuttles

Cons: Rooms are very small for family

Great hotel, couple of things to note

Pros: Amazing location to Universal; super easy walk or get the free shuttle bus. Starbucks on site until 6pm, which is nice.

Cons: I would have rated 10/10 if it wasn't for the following; • rooms are so dark - no main ceiling lights, only a few dim randomly placed lights around the room, which my husband struggled with as he doesnt have amazing eye sight • the shower door - there's a HUGE gap so shower leaks everywhere. Be prepared to use towels on the floor. • we had 4 suitcases, 2 carry ons and a few bags of merch from Universal so I called down for a bellman to collect our bags. Was told to call back 5 minutes before we needed them. I phoned 15 minutes before we needed them JUST IN CASE. 45 minutes later, 3 calls to reception and no bellman. Husband had major heart surgery last year and still rebuilding his chest muscles so couldn't deal with the amount of bags, so i had to do 3 trips back up to the room to get all the bags. No apology, quite rude staff at reception desk. Meanwhile, our driver was waiting as this was taking so long due to the number of people using elevators. Not a good look for the sheraton.

Pros: Loved the location it felt safe. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable

Cons: Shower pressure was lacking

Pros: Right near universal park and not too far away from Hollywood attractions and sites

Cons: Cleaners could do a bit better job of the bathroom

Fantastic location with free shuttle bus, but extremely dark room and rock hard sofa bed

Pros: Location is amazing, and a free shuttle bus to Universal City, which is a minute or 2 walk to the entry to Universal Studios. The king bed was wonderfully comfortable.

Cons: The room was incredibly dark. This made packing really hard...or finding anything. It was very frustrating. When you spend all day at Universal Studios, go out for dinner and come back after 9pm, it's really hard to do anything. We had a King bed + sofa bed. I had already booked for myself + 2 kids but still had to ask for the sofa bed to be made up as a bed (which was quickly done when we went out for dinner - a sheet was thrown over it and a wool(?) blanket left on top). But it was rock hard! I slept on it one night and was dreading another night on it, luckily my youngest didn't mind and my sleep was saved.

Overall Excellent stay. Only downfall is if the child ages for booking are upto 17 then you should get breakfast include

Pros: Loved the fact we were able to check into our room even though it was 10.30am and check in wasn’t up till 4pm the room was ready for us to drop our bags and go out for the day.

Cons: The cost of the first night was double what we paid for the 2nd also you pay for breakfast to be included but fail to mention until arrival that it was 2 adults and 1 child therefore I was expected to pay for my other child to eat breakfast as she was over 12.
