Pros: Location is perfecto to walk over Universal Studios

Cons: A bit Noisy because is close to the road. May be could be improve with double layer windows

Ideal for family holiday

Pros: The location was perfect for Universal, easy 15min walk and handy for getting Ubers to Hollywood, six flags etc. The room was larger than expected, bed comfy and although it was on a busy road we didn't hear too much. Tea, coffee and juice machines at reception was handy and a good extra so we didnt need to buy juice for the room. Iron & hairdryer in the room was useful. The swimming pool was very small, and a bit dirty but the seating area around it was nice. Myself and kids did use the pool and you can make it fun but if there is another family in the pool you are very close! Small seating area outside, handy for smokers. Never a queue for the lift so always easy to get to our room.

Cons: Unfortunetly the advertised free continental breakfast was no longer offered so that was disappointing. Some stains and marks on carpets and walls etc. Good to with a bit of a refresh overall.

Room lovely and clean. Position next to a fantastic Thai Restaurant!

Pros: The room was lovely and clean, the view was good, the beds and pillows were comfortable. The check in staff (Morning) was fantastic, he very helpful, happy and always said hello, do you need anything. Best part was, there was a fantastic Thai restaurant next door, fantastic food and reasonable priced.

Cons: There was a disinfectant smell in the hallways. The afternoon staff wasn't very helpful. We asked for a tour suggestion and they just pointed to the pamphlets. Also, we needed help with getting batteries out of an object, but they didn't help. We went to the Thai restaurant next door, and they got them out for us.

convenient, great location and lovely rooms!

Pros: the beds here are huge! and they have kitchen facilities down at the lobby which are hugely helpful, free coffee and juice too! about 20 minute walk to universal studios which was awesome, with some nice food / drinks just opposite too :)

Pros: The location for a trip to universal was perfect. Whilst the walk up is a bit of a slope it was easily reachable in 20 minutes. Whilst there is some noise from the freeway it didn’t impact us too much. That may be partly due to busy days and heavy sleep. The staff were very friendly and more than happy to assist with any queries. For location and prices based on our family needs this hotel was spot on

Would stay here again

Pros: The theme of room it was good for our short stay with a family of 4. Close to universal, Hollywood sign, etc.

Cons: Was no outside pool but still was okay. Didn’t like the rooms view from where we were. It was a road or driveway and trucks would drive up and down. People walking past. We kept our blinds closed which was a bummer

Pros: This hotel was very clean. The beds were comfy and the staff were amazing and so lovely. They held our bags while we went to universal studios even though we had checked out and also gave us a room Upgrade free of charge.
