Pros: If you have a room with windows to the road it's very noisy. But the staff is so nice and hospital to change a room for you, if possible.

Pros: The room was nice. Thanks to MD the young man at the front check in. He gave us a room with a few upgrades. It was a very pleasant visit. We will try to book again in a few months when we return to Universal Studios.

Cons: The parking spaces were pretty small but the good thing is they had additional parking behind the hotel.

Great place to stay, definitely staying again when I come back

Pros: There was plenty of room in both the bedroom and the bathroom. The staff was polite during my stay, and there was no noise from other guests, which made my stay even better.
