Hotel Amarano Burbank-Hollywood

Luxurious, indulgent, comfortable and relaxing!

Pros: Incredible customer service - from valet parking attendants, to front desk, to servers at breakfast - all staff so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was large, beautifully appointed and had all the amenities you could want. The whole place has a feel of luxury and indulgence - just what you want for a holiday break! We requested a late check-out and the hotel was more than happy to accommodate this at a very reasonable rate. 24 hour in-and-out valet parking was so convenient too.

Pros: The hotel was clean and comfortable. The location is great.

Cons: The only option for breakfast included in the price is continental which we found very basic and although the other options were a few dollars more they charge a full price for it and not just an additional. Parking per day is also way too expensive.

Very comfortable room, great staff, artistic aesthetic. We had a blast and we can't wait to return.

Pros: Honestly, I loved all aspects of our stay. The hotel exceeded expectations and we are already planning on staying again. We might even find time to use the pool next time.

Cons: There was no water in our room (which we were told was complementary). I asked the front desk about this and they said they would have some sent up — no one turned up. Activating our key cards took a long time. Reception apologized for this, which was ok. However, we then had trouble with our key cards later on as they stopped working during our stay. So that was a little frustrating. We wish the complementary breakfast time were extended until 11am. We missed it by 10 minutes and then was told that we could pay for breakfast which would stop at 11am. Not sure why they both can't stop at 11am.

The best

Pros: Sergio is the only reason for this review. Hotel is great every time they make us feel like royal couple. I will not try any other hotels again while in La apart from Amarano

Beautiful hotel in convenient location

Pros: Beautiful hotel, very friendly staff, delicious dinner in the bar. They upgraded my room for free which was highly appreciated.

Cons: They took a while and a couple of chase emails to return my $100 deposit which was irritating. Communication could have been better with regard to this.

Pros: Hotel is on a super location to explore LA. Great room, complementary services like valet parking, unlimited water bottles and breakfast. As all is included in the price the price is better value than it seems. Great location if you are travelling with your rental car.

Pros: Very good and convenient location, safe and nice neighbourhood. Hotel itself is really nice, with spacious, clean and modern rooms. Very comfortable beds, nice breakfast. Strongly recommended in this area.
