Reliable and Clean Hotel

Pros: The airport shuttle was very convenient. The staff was very accommodating. It was nice to have a cafe/restaurant and shop in the lobby.

I would definitely stay here again. Great location to walk around and go for dinner.

Pros: Location was great and felt safe. Hotel was clean and updated. Cell service was not good. My room was near the lobby and was loud with guests at night. Loved having a fridge and microwave. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Especially Princess.

The employees were Fantastic!

Pros: My only negative comment is based upon the total lack of cell phone service on my wing and apparently in the majority of the hotel. I had to walk out a side door and walk across the street to find service.

Comfortable, clean, and easy to get to from the freeway.

Pros: The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very professional and friendly. Walking distance to where we needed to be and driving distance to where we wanted to go. It is also surrounded by other great food options.

Cons: We reserved a King room and when we checked in, there was no more available. The breakfast options were decent, but pricey. Two coffees and two muffins was $35, and a Pepsi was $5.

Relaxing.

Pros: “Everything exceeded our expectations — from the cleanliness to the warm reception and convenient location. We would definitely return.”

Cons: “Overall, everything was excellent — the cleanliness, reception, and location were outstanding, and we would definitely return. The only downside was the attitude of one of the women working at the bar, who was rude and unpleasant. On the positive side, the other bar staff member was very polite and respectful. Aside from that, it was a wonderful stay.”

Pros: My stay at courtyard Long Beach was exellent, very clean, comfortable, loved room and view and breakfast is awesome.

Cons: Check in representative was unable to check me in with my online reservation, so had to charge me for the room again, no good.
