Perfect location, especially if you want to explore LA beyond the usual spots

Pros: Comfortable and spacious room, a bit old school decor - but it is functional! The hotel is exactly as the listing; there was enough parking with the option of valet. The location is perfect if you want to stay in a quiet neighbourhood away from the buzz of Hollywood and Beverley Hills. We loved breakfast at Le Pain Quotiden, a stone throw from the hotel - they served wholesome, delicious food. Enjoyed seeing LA and very happy we picked this hotel...we loved taking the Pacific Coast Highway - amazing scenic drive between Westlake Village and Malibu/ Beverley Hills/ Downton LA.

Pros: Nice hotel near the highway (no noise though). 40 min drive to Santa Monica. Pool area

Cons: Location is rather a business hotel. Nothing bad about just good to know if you plan to spend a holiday there.

Would stay again.

Pros: Great location, very close to restaurants, shops and the 101. Near freeway, yet very quiet. Happy and helpful staff. Easy to order and get food in hotel.

Cons: Pool was super busy, never any chairs or towels. Could have been cleaner, but I think all these issues are from the numerous kids sports teams staying during our stay.

Pros: La chambre était propre, salle de bain également Bien équipée avec frigo et cafetière Belle piscine dans un mignon jardin, cascades masquant le bruit des voitures de la route à proximité Personnel très arrangeant, lors de notre 1ere nuit, la chambre était face à la ventilation extérieure et donc très bruyante, ils ont rapidement proposé de nous changer de chambre !

Pros: Staff members were polite. Property was clean. In-house bar/restaurant and basic Starbucks coffee choices! Hospitality of daily infused water in lobby.

Clean, comfortable rooms and and exceptionally gracious customer service.

Pros: Nice exterior grounds. Lots on interior seating options.

Cons: You did a good job of masking the noise from the freeway, but the waterfalls are pretty loud. I felt that the daily parking charge was unnecessary given the volume of available parking in the lot.
