Pros: Enough parking spots, shower stream stregth was just right, location.

Cons: The bed's base was making metal noises when sitting on the bed, didn't expect that :D

Pros: Motels in this price range around Ventura/Oxnard, even Motel 6, have trade offs for the price. Like: the sink tap sprays sideways, the tv clicker doesn't work, etc. But at Ventura Beach Motel you have everything working, full HBOSHOW channels, plenty of hot water. We stayed there for 3 weeks. Always quiet at night. Comfortable beds, responsive management. The best value for your money in Ventura.

Cons: The pine sol or Lyson that the cleaning lady uses.

Pros: How spacious the room is and the tv size. Also the fact the have dressers/drawers to put belongings in.

Cons: The lighting from the light bulbs were super bright

Pros: Great price. Excellent location near beaches and restaurants. Large room and clean bathroom. Parking close to room so no need to haul luggage long distance.

Cons: It was all good on my two day stay.

Spotlessly clean and comfy

Pros: Well appointed, comfy rooms with coffee maker and microwave. Very clean, conveniently placed. Parking just outside the room in a pleasant parking area so easy in and out. Good area that felt safe. Pleasant, accommodating owners/staff. Hotel like at a more affordable price. Plenty of hot water and lovely comfortable bed. Best of the comparable bunch of motels. Definitely recommend. I returned twice.

enjoy New Years here because it was close to everything

Pros: Location was exceptional everything is close by and in walking distance

Cons: The carpets felt smushy, I didn’t like the feel under my feet. like the carpet was overly used and sticky

Pros: Location excellent, with an easy walk to the beach and some restaurants within walking distance. No problems with noise. Adequate desk space, with a straight chair. No trouble with wi-fi. Plenty of light available throughout the room. Temperature control worked OK, but see below.

Cons: There was no kind of cover for the bathroom window. A bright yard-light on the building next door shone directly through that window, and if the bathroom door was open it lit up the whole room. To sleep in the dark, I had to close the bathroom door, which made it unpleasantly cold in the bathroom the next morning. Some kind of serious shade for that window is called for—a thin curtain or a Venetian blind wouldn't be enough to deal with that powerful light.

A classy motel at a great price.

Pros: Location good spot for cafes/restaurants, supermarket and near the beach. Had no idea a motel could be so attractively well appointed and seemingly all brand new and stoles. Very comfy too and with a microwave. Don’t use microwaves as a rule but they certainly come in handy at a pinch.

Cons: Nought.
