The house is very nice, checking in and out was easy, but not ideal for a team to stay.

Pros: The house was perfect for our needs. Everyone had a comfortable room and bathroom.

Cons: The floors were not clean. They were swept but not mopped. When we walked around in bare feet or socks, we had dirt covered feet and socks. Some of the towels were very old and had stains on them. I received several messages on the first day of our stay about parties and noise level. My group has been looking forward to this trip for months and had every intention of following the house rules but this seemed excessive. I felt we were judged before we even got there. Also, it would have been nice if we could have had our team's parents over for a meal once to celebrate the dancers going to Nationals but we didn't because we figured the owners would consider it a party. We chose to rent a house instead of a hotel for reasons like this and we weren't able to do it. We understand that the neighbors are close but we felt held back from fully enjoying our stay.

In general I was very pleased, but communication while trying to get resolution to some issues we had was poor. Of the 4

Pros: Location is perfect, house is in great shape, has almost everything you need ready to go.

Cons: The hot tub which was a big selling feature didn’t work. The bbq only got to 300 degrees. In general I would say for the premium product that it is I was slightly disappointed in the finishing touches

Excellent

Pros: Very comfortable for our family to be together but not be on top of each other. The boys loved the bunk beds. The only problem I had was on my part. I didn't know I had 2 booking.com accounts. one in my husbands name and this one in my name. My phone link was to my husbands account so I couldnt get to interact with this property. But I was able to text and get the information I needed. The last day I found the email they sent on a different email address then I thought it was but it all worked out. Clearly my faught not theirs I blame it on being 84 and not tech savy. All in all a great place to stay. If go back will stay there again!

Cons: I was disappointed the view was not the same as picture.
