A relaxing break in Simi Valley

Pros: I had a relaxing stay here. The pool was enjoyable to be in as it was quite hot when I stayed.

Cons: I mistakingly thought the hotel was near a shopping area where I could get some fresh fruit and a few groceries. That was my error! It was within walking distance to eateries which I used.

Comfortable and convenient.

Pros: We liked the facilities in the room. Everything we needed

Cons: Didn’t like the fact we had to pay for parking. Although we knew this in advance it still seems unnecessary. There was 1 very large family that took over the entire pool.

Hotel was welcoming and staff were very courteous and helpful.

Pros: Location and facilities were beyond my expectations.

Excellent apart from newly introduced parking rates

Pros: Any problems like lamp not working hairdryer were fixed immediately

Cons: We have stayed at this hotel at least eight times now while visiting family in Simi Valley but we were disappointed this time having to pay 16 dollars per night to park our rental vehicle working out very expensive for our stay

Everything you need in a good location.

Pros: 24 hour Check in is fast with nice lobby and seating area while waiting for Uber or others. Love the hot tub with the pool too. Express breakfast was good and efficient, thanks Alfonso and Kat! Business center is very handy, especially for printing. Great to have multiple elevators and two entrances into the hotel. And the work out room is excellent. El Taco, a 2 minute walk away on the same road is very handy.

Cons: No complaints, but my non-smoking room smelled smokey (but nose adapted). I suggested an ozonator to remove the odor. Some lime or lemon at the front desk complimentary water tower would be ideal. Parking could get pricey for longer stays.

Pros: The friendliness of the staff, the GYM is good and the surroundings are good.

Cons: Laundry was a bit expensive,

Pros: Basically I like the hotel and it's quiet outside. And the air conditioning was having a burning smell in room 159 and they did come and check but it was the same. So we were moved to another room after requesting.

Cons: It's always good to check the rooms and equipment if need to be fixed so that other guest will not face this issue.

Perfect

Pros: Got more sleep than at home. Staff was very helpful in moving us near the back door to parking lot. Have mobility issues so I called ahead and requested a room on the floor level. Front desk lady was more than happy to issue a better location on the floor level. Only problem was our TV channels stopped working. TV was fixed the next morning instead of moving us to another room. We where not moving. Will be reserving two nights in December for Christmas.

Cons: Beautiful clean tile shower. Water pressure was a little soft. Bed was vey comfortable but the bed sheets did not fit the mattress and kept popping off.

Comfortable spacious rooms with friendly service

Pros: Spacious rooms, good facilities and reasonably close to everything

Cons: Nil

Our stay was pleasant and the front deck staff was very friendly and easy to work with.

Pros: The room was comfortable and the king size bed too. The room was clean. We were on the 4th floor and it was quite.

Cons: The pillows have been washed too many time the the foam is now lumpy. They need to be replaced. I didn't like being charged for overnight parking. I must have missed that info when I booked.
