Holiday Inn Express Simi Valley by IHG

It was short but very sweet I would have stayed there longer if I could but life has its way leading

Pros: I was early to check in but instead of just sending me away until the room was ready, they offered me breakfast while I wait for my wife to arrive. a I met some more of the staff which were very friendly and polite. The chef really knows how to cook a good breakfast and it was very heartwarming experience and the start of a wonderful stay at this fine establishment.

Cons: I didn't appreciate (at all) why I had to leave so soon I definitely would have stayed longer if I could.

Pros: Older facility, but well maintained and fairly clean. The size of the room and having 2 bathrooms was great! Location is very good. Breakfast was fairly good. Scrambled eggs were delicious! Overall a decent place to stay.

Pros: The staff was amazing. The front desk man helped open the door for us when we were struggling to get our belonging in. Very nice and helpful. Cleaning was great and breakfast staff was wonderful. They were always refilling and cleaning tables. Nice to see they really care about the guests. The room we got was a suite and we didn’t realize it would be with 2 bathrooms and two adjoined rooms which was great to have with 6 people.

Cons: Other guests at pool took all the available seating for their party making it less enjoyable to watch our children at the pool. They were not using all the chairs but claimed them so no one else could have one.

It has always been a great experience! Perfect location 😊

Cons: The laundry room didn’t open till later. If the door could be unlocked before 9am that would be awesome

A good 10 nights at this hotel. A grocery opposite with very good organic foods etc.

Pros: The staff (a lady with an accent in particular- don't know her name) was extremely polite, welcoming such a breath of fresh air to the mornings always enquiring if everyone was alright A wide range of breakfast items to choose from Always very clean environment The white vegetarian egg omelette was such a good change to the normal

Pros: Loved the breakfast, it was fantastic every day with a ton of options. The beds and pillows were also super comfy.

Cons: Some things definitely need to be replaced or updated, it was a bit dingy in areas especially the shower. Carpet should probably be replaced.
