Good value, good location and will definite choose to stay again

Pros: The breakfast typical of this type of hotel with a HUGE exception. They have stopped using styrofoam and plastics. It made a huge difference not only for the environment but also in actually eating breakfast. BTW the lovely lady in charge of the kitchen greeted everyone with a smile! Room had been updated a bit so was comfortable, it had everything you need. Plenty of free parking is a real plus to this property as well as it's location to everything.

Cons: Since I was staying for 5 nights I thought it would have been nice to have a room with a better position and not a window partly blocked by a wall.

Good stay. Pleasant

Pros: The room was great. Kitchen wasn't used but it was nice to have it. TV was great size and able to be turned. Close to Ontario Mills. Great restaurants around.

Cons: The bathroom door does not stay open. Entry doors are very heavy and people don't close them slowly so they slam. Very loud.

Pros: I was in town for work. Check-in & check-out were a breeze, the room was spacious and had everything I needed for the couple of days I stayed like the microwave and full-size fridge (didn't use the stovetop but glad it was available!) I only ate breakfast the last day I stayed since I had no time the other days, but there were plenty of options! The location is also so convenient since there's restaurants and shops around. I wouldn't mind going back in the future.

Cons: I was aware of the 10$ parking fee after booking so wasn't surprised at check-in, but yeah pretty pricey. There was also a random piece of bolt/nut below the A/C, and a sticky-looking stain on the corner wall that I saw when I laid down on the bed. The bed was too soft for me as well.

Pros: Facilidad de acceso las 24hrs, personal muy atendido y las instalaciones cómodas.

Cons: Tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente al momento de hacer check in, ya que al parecer había una diferencia entre el precio que mostraba booking y el precio del hotel. Ellos tenían registrado como si no se hubiera hecho el pago (el cual si se hizo), entonces al intentar hacer check in se nos intentó cobrar OTRA VEZ TODO LA ESTANCIA, afortunadamente no pasó nada y nos pudimos dar cuenta de la situación, intentamos llamar muchísimas veces a atención a clientes de booking ya que no podíamos ni hacer el check in, nunca nos contestaron si llamábamos de nuestros números extranjeros, contestaron nuestra llamada hasta que llamamos de un número local. Sí nos dieron solución muy rápida, pero estuvimos intentando solucionarlo CASI DOS HORAS. Fue una situación de mucha ansiedad y estrés. No debería de haber una diferencia entre los precios de booking y los precios de los hoteles, se supone que esto ya lo deberían tener contemplado. Ese fue el único mal rato que pasamos.
