Pros: Friendly staff, and they assisted me when I was trying to rearrange my cancelled flight.

Cons: The pillows were a little shorter than expected and the mattress was softer than expected so I'm a bit achy due to my own musculoskeletal problems. Thanks I had a great stay!

Nice enough at the Best Western

Pros: The hotel and room were fine. Exactly what you would expect to be fair. Comfortable bed. Located close to the mall.

Cons: I should have read the small print but we missed breakfast as it ends at 9.00am. Came down about 9.15am to be told its finished.

A great stay in Ontario!

Pros: It was in close proximity to everything we wanted to see and do. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons: On checking in we were given a room that had not been cleaned. The night person wasn’t very empathetic but we got another room which was fine.

Best choice when you go to Ontario

Pros: The room was spacious, the staff were friendly and always had a smile, providing attentive and lovely service. There are facilities like Ontario Mills, Grocery Outlet, In-n-out Burger, and Taco bell/KFC within easy walking distance, the location couldn’t be better. Breakfast was also ample, and they even offered a shuttle bus to Ontario Airport.
