Pros: We chose to stay here before we headed to Las Vegas the next day. The hotel is great.

Cons: When we checked in, we had booked three rooms in advance, but the check-in lady said we had only booked two. She told me it was Booking.com's problem, not the hotel's. Fortunately, they had a room for us on that day, so they checked us in. We finally got three rooms. But it was the first time I had been told the number of the rooms I booked was different from the rooms I got at a hotel. It wasn't a pleasant experience.

Comfort and quality

Pros: Slept like babies after a long drive. Complimentary upgrade to suite through Bonvoy membership

Cons: Could use more bottled water in the room

My stay was completely satisfactory and I would book here again.

Pros: The staff, especially the front desk, was perfectly attentive. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location of the property was also great as there were plenty of places to eat nearby.

Cons: We had trouble accessing the wifi, and ended up having to use cellular data for the duration of the stay.

Pros: I really liked the location. And the staff were very attentive and helpful.

Cons: It was close to midnight when the fire alarm went off and was on for like 30 minutes. The fridge didn’t really work.

Pros: Great staff, rooms were lovely. Appreciated the Starbucks coffee options for purchase as well!

Pros: Enjoyed the hotel and accommodations provided. The close proximity to entertainment and, shopping, and food is excellent.

Cons: The Bar area is not open at all times

Pros: Very courteous staff. Clean surroundings. Clean room. Morning breakfast included was very good. Staff at morning breakfast was exceptional and went out of their way to help us.

Cons: Everything was good. No complaints

Pros: I didn’t have time to eat breakfast at the hotel but I was told it was very good.

Cons: Nothing I can think of. Our needs were met during our stay.

Pros: I loved the customer service and the AC in the room. I loved the comfort of the bed and easy functioning of the restroom.

Cons: The price was just a bit high.
