Short, pleasant, and convenient

Pros: Quiet, clean, located near the airport. The staff helped us with transportation suggestions for returning to the hotel after taking our rental car to the airport the evening before we flew out. The shuttle runs only in the morning so she gave us the number to use for a taxi. The shuttle service in the morning was great!

Cons: We ate dinner in the cafe. There was a weekend gymnastics tournament in the Conference Center across the street and participants had stayed in the hotel. As a result there was a limited menu (and no wine) to be served. Service was acceptable and the waiter tried hard.

Pros: The breakfast was ideal, and suberb, it was a refreshing experience. Ist time in many years that I have traveled, I enjoyed my stay.

My room always ready and the most courteous staff is there to greet me day or night.

Pros: Great hotel with amazing staff and wonderful facilities. Always a great place and comfortable to stay.

Perfect for what we needed.

Convenient Go-To Hotel for my SoCal Trips

Pros: This is a comfortable hotel close to my SoCal office and the ONT airport. Staff is friendly, rooms are comfortable with the amenities I need.
