Residence Inn by Marriott Ontario Airport

Pros: I don’t like that they speak English very quickly with people who don’t speak English very well

Cons: forget my medicine it’s very important and Expensive I tried to mint time the told us we will back to you and we were wating for information saw and I was so sad I called today and they said we thought it a way that’s is saw pad and it not respected

We will definitley stay here again if we return to ontario!

Pros: All the staff we interacted with were very nice and pleasant. I was sad the jacuzzi was under repair But the pool was nice. The breakfast buffet was good but way too crowed so i ate there only once. We were going to the convention center for a venue so the location was perfect…. Right across the steet!

Cons: The property is abit dated so the front door was sometimes difficult to open and the plumbing fixtures were also worn and had snall issues but overall a great stay for us… the battery in the smoke akarm started beeping to indicate a liw battery and maintence had it replaced in a matter of minutes after i reported it.

Pros: breakfast was good, hot and has many choices. Also the full kitchen in the room was very considerate and convenient for saving cost to go to restaurant.

Cons: the air conditioner or hot water tank was quite noisy when it start, so try to adjust temperature or the fan.

Overall great stay

Pros: Nice room and well located wifi works great beds are comfortable

A great place to stay when attending a convention.

Pros: Nice hot breakfast. Right across the street from the Convention Center. Having a kitchen is a nice bonus. Staff is very welcoming and attentive. Large counter by the sink. Plenty of mirrors.

Cons: Sidewalks are uneven. Needs a lamp on the desk as the lighting was poor over there. I had to work at the kitchen counter instead. Only had 1 chair for the kitchen counter.

Pros: Clean. Comfortable with nice bath towels. Friendly front desk.

Cons: Hand towels.

Pros: It was very nice, the only thing was that they did not mention , we would have to leave a deposit of 500 dollars for our suite, they may want too tell the customers that part

Very good and pleasant, would stay again

Pros: Room was great, morning breakfast was surprisingly good biscuits and gravy with scrambled eggs.

Cons: Parking was tough to find, got in late and some yo-yo took two spots because his car is so fantastic “a Camaro “!

Cons: Room smelled a lot of cigarettes n carpet felt moist
