Perfect Venice Beach Vacation Home for Couples and Families

Pros: Our Airbnb house cancelled 12hrs before arriving in LA. Found this property which was close to family and the price was perfect. It was central, easy to find, plenty of parking.

Cons: We liked it all! No complaints.

Pros: Based in SF, but from Venice, I wanted to find a location that was close to my family during the holiday and had enough space for my husband and in laws. The location was absolutely perfect and nostalgic with all the amenities we needed for the holiday trip. Parking was easy–we were able to park on the block every time. Everything was just as pictured, bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Très agréable séjour

Pros: La maison était très confortable, très bien décoré et très chaleureuse. Les chambres confortables et spacieuses. La salle de bains propre et fonctionnelle. La cuisine ultra bien équipée et pratique. Très belle terrasse à l’arrière de la maison. Séjour ultra confortable avec tout le nécessaire pour s’y sentir bien. La communication a été très facile. Très bien situé pour allez à Santa Monica, Venice Beach ou le centre ville de Los Angeles à 30 min environ. Beaucoup de bons restaurants à proximité. Très facile de se garer dans la rue devant la maison.

Cons: La route très très passante malgré le quartier résidentiel donc nuisances sonores qui vont avec. Et des travaux chez le voisin à 7h du matin. Tarif élevé mais c’est tout Los Angeles qui est très cher.

Pros: La possibilité de garer la voiture en sécurité dans la cour de derrière. (Attention, l'emplacement est possible pour des petits véhicules)

Pros: Casa molto accogliente, ben arredata e spaziosa per 4 persone, con una parte esterna molto godibile, in particolare sul retro. La posizione è ottima, è situata in un buon quartiere ed è vicina alla spiaggia e all'aeroporto, raggiungibili in pochi minuti di automobile. Cucina molto completa con ottimi elettrodomestici. Ben attrezzata anche la zona lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice. In casa viene fornito sapone per la lavatrice e la lavastoviglie.

Cons: Nella zona all'esterno, lato strada, sarebbe utile avere un paio di ombrelloni per poter utilizzare il tavolo e il divano. Di giorno senza ombra fa caldo e la sera l'aria è umida, un ombrellone aiuterebbe in entrambi i casi

Soggiorno perfetto, posizione molto comoda, quartiere tranquillo e calmo, consigliamo vivamente questa soluzione!

We loved our stay and our host was a terrific communicator!

Pros: The home is exactly as pictured and incredibly beautiful. It’s a well stocked kitchen for cooking meals at home. The beds are very comfortable. The private decks are so lovely to sit on especially in the evening when it’s cool. Parking was really easy, just right in front of the house on the street. A safe area just a block up from a middle school.

Cons: The house is immaculately decorated, and the pieces they have chosen are so beautiful. It just made me nervous as a parent with two early teenagers that they were going to spill something or damage the wood. I would not recommend this for people with really small children.

A perfect place for our group of 4!

Pros: It was so convenient to the airport and the beach. I loved all of the outdoor seating areas and the availability of a grill and a well stocked kitchen

Cons: The host asked us to keep the counters dry, but there were no regular sponges. We did our best to honor her request.
