Best Western Plus Raffles Inn & Suites

Pros: Great easy to get to the Disneyland buses and walking distance to Disneyland if you want . Great breakfast on the go.

Cons: Wifi wasn't that great

Great value for money.

Pros: Family room was very spacious. The most comfortable beds. Rooms were cleaned daily. Pool heated and a nice hot spa. Lots of renos happening for the better but I loved the takeaway breakfast idea. Staff were ultra friendly and accomodating. Location to Disneyland was perfect. Only a short 10 minute walk to the drop off busses.

Cons: The laundry was not working but the laundry mat around the corner was great. Very little water pressure in shower.

Love the stay there. Great value and great location!

Pros: Excellent location near to the Anaheim convention centre and Disneyland parks., Clean, Comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff! Very approachable and accommodating. Helped us with our luggage storage after we checked out while waiting for our transport to the airport.

Cons: Slightly old and dated. Some renovation noises. Free breakfast but limited options.

Pros: Location, efficient and friendly competent staff. Comfortable and clean room with good facilities.

Cons: Refurbishment was ongoing and breakfast room was unavailable. Had to take food to bedroom when weather was inclement. Should have been advised that building work was in progress.

Pros: Staff here were super reception staff I forget the lady with colourful hairs name .the housekeeping is first class indeed also the gentleman in the breakfast room all most polite indeed . Location good easy walk to disney and local shops . Bus stops all near to amtrak Station so a day trip to san diego super easy as we did

Cons: Its only fair to say there is building work going on we had to swap rooms half way through stay which was informed at check in and the team did say they will refund 1 day for the inconvenience. Thus one side of the hotel is full on banging skips digger and lots of gentlemen in hard hats . The breakfast room is part of this so a temporary one in use with no seating so either sit by pool or go to room .the temporary room is the fitness room so this is shut also the laundry room has been shut 2 months ago we were told there is one 5 min walk away .the pool area the other side from building work so you can enjoy that still . The area is tired in terms of chairs umbrellas etc but basic and clean hopefully this are may get some attention all due to be completed with a full repaint spring 2026

Pros: Very clean, the staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel is under renovation, but it was hardly noticeable. Good value for money

Cons: Weak water pressure in the shower.

Pros: Close enough to Disneyland,even closer to Toy Story carpark, take the DL shuttle from TS carpark for ropedrop and only have to go thru secuirty at the carpark! Breakfast included is decent,friendly staff,clean rooms. And a pool for mid afternoon swims between park visits.

Pros: Excellent location, near the parking lot for Disney, very friendly staff, especially at the restaurant; very spacious and comfortable rooms.

Cons: The parking lot is very full, but they help you find a spot for your car.

Such a comfortable and convenient place to base our trip to Anaheim from!

Pros: The hotel was perfect for our needs. It was so close to the convention centre for our Pokemon Worlds visit, as well as Disneyland and the shuttles which made life so much easier! The air con and pool were so welcome in the heat, and we cannot say enough about the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff - especially Aixsha!! We had a lovely surprise when she arranged a very special Pokemon welcome balloon and card surprise for our return to the hotel one evening. The card was handmade as well and showed so much thoughtfulness - we have never experienced such amazing attention to detail and thoughtfulness in all of our travels! Thank you so much Aixsha 🙏🏼🥰💖

Cons: There was nothing bad, only suggestion would be that the housekeeping lady came too early in the morning and because we don’t speak Spanish it was hard for us to ask her to come back later. Also the sheets on the bed were tucked in a bit weird but really this was nothing major.

Comfortable stay good value

Pros: Good parking close to Disney. Good breakfast included. Staff very helpful.
