Pros: The AC wasn't working but they were able to fix it.

Great downtown stay in Ojai

Pros: Great location, easy to walk to the main downtown restaurants etc. Well appointed, comfortable.

Cons: No pool on site, have to go a mile down the road to use the sister property pool. Had to ask for the shower temperature to be turned up.

Comfortable and great location

Pros: Great location, so close to the shops and restaurants. We loved the farmers market

Pros: The rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable. All the amenities you would expect. The location was ideal for easy access to all that the town offers. Our car stayed in the parking lot the entire time.

Cons: In spite of instructions asking guests to close the loving gates, the front gate was constantly left open. Perhaps an automatic door return would help.

Pros: The hotel has lovely little casitas . I am told they are all about the same. Ours had a bedroom. living room, kitchen area and bathroom. Our bed was comfortable, there was a good table to work from and Wifi was good. lots of plugs to plug in all the gadgets and at the desk. the room was well appointed there is a nice courtyard with tables and i was able to also work out there and had good wifi the location is just a couple blocks from the main part of town. Staff was very attentive and aimed to please

Cons: The price to value to what you get is the big disappointment. I knew what we were paying, and from the photos and descriptions, we got about what i expected, but i still hate when hotels 5 star rates for a 3 star hotel due to demand. ( stayed at several 5 star hotels in big cities in the weeks just prior to this stay, and paid a lot less) parking was sort of an issue. there were not enough spaces in the lot, when we would come back at night, but i had no problem finding space on the street.

Cons: La cocineta solo tenía dos copas para vino, viejas y feas. Lo demás muy bien. Los sillones de la sala también estaban un poco viejos.

Fantástica

Pros: La ubicación es excelente, la habitación es amplia y cómoda. Cuenta con una práctica cocineta con horno de microondas, copas, vasos y algunos platos (destapacorchos incluido). El baño tiene tina separada de la regadera. El centro, sus tiendas y restaurantes, estan caminando a unos minutos de distancia, muy conveniente.

Cons: Me hubiera gustado servicio de aseo de cuarto una vez durante mi estancia de 2 días.

Really Lovely Boutique hotel

Pros: The suite 6, Raven Suite, ground floor was vety nice.. good quality furnishings, bed was extremely comfortable, bathroom lovely,, 2 big screen TVs. Central AC worked very well. Lovely fireplace but we did not need as it was warm. This property is either new or newly upgraded and the owners spent some serious money on that remodel. Lovely open courtyard with fountain. Very quiet location. Spas nearby.. Location was perfect. We could walk to everything we wanted to do except the dinner we attended at the Ojai Valley Inn. I'd rather stay at Su Nido again.

Cons: Not a deal breaker by any means but hard to tell from pictures on website if there was a real stove. The kitchenette is really an enhanced wet bar. No stove in Raven suite. Sink w/ cabinets, some plates and cutlery, 2 glasses 2 mugs, 2 bowls , 2 plates. Toaster and microwave but no hot plate or stove. Reheat only.. Refrigerator was really like a 30 bottle wine fridge. Kurigcoffee machine but there is the best Ojai coffee shop/roaster 2 blocks south. Go there.

Our stay in Ojai was very enjoyable. The Su Nido hotel was charming and the suite was large.

Pros: The location was in walking distance to shops, restaurants and concert venue.

Cons: I didn’t know when I booked that there was no pool. The sister hotel location included a pool but it was tiny.
