Pros: Location was amazing. Not far to The Magic Castle.

Cons: At first, we were given a dirty room,not made up. Then, one of our keys didn't work.

Pros: Lovely big room, great pool area, happy hour in bar and great food, was offered a late checkout without even asking. Close walk up Runyon Canyon.

Recommend and would stay again.

Pros: No problems, booked, paid, check in all good. Room had everything you need, whole hotel very clean. Nice pool area, only negative is the hot tub, very over chlorinated, stayed in there for 45 minutes, skin started to burn and swimwear had been dyed of colour.

Perfect

Pros: The hotel was in the perfect location I also loved the pool and jacuzzi my room was lovely and spacey my mattress got changed the second day there even more comfortable nights sleep I loved that there was also TGI fridays joined to the hotel

Cons: Any issues I had the staff quickly sorted it out for me so no complaints from me.
