Pros: Clean rooms, breakfast options also not bad. Personal very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Place is outside of town, doesnt feel safe to walk outside.

Excellent hotel for families and business travelers in Los Angeles

Pros: Staff very good and positive, good WiFi, breakfast was good for hotel in the US, parking very big and comfortable, the gym was also ok, room facilities very good.

Great stay, definitely got more than i was expecting.

Pros: Out the way of all the busyness.. but not too far away! 10mins from the outlets, and only 25mins to Hollywood! Lots of places around to eat. The breakfast was definitely more than i expected, it was a great selection. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the fruit infused water at reception was a nice touch. The free parking is also amazing!

Excellent experience!

Pros: The staff were so polite and attentive! We arrived at night and the receptionist Xiomara greeted us with such warmth! We were impressed because it isn't common to find such good customer service specially late at night! Kudos for the whole team! We were very happy when she offered a room in an area with less outsider noise because we had been traveling for days and needed a good quiet place to rest!🥰 Also the breakfast was complete and full of choices. This was the first time in the US where I really enjoyed the breakfast served! I would definitely stay again at this hotel.

Fabulous and comfortable

Pros: The place was so nice and tv staff were incredible! Room service everyday and the lobby staff were so kind and welcomed us back every time we came in. So Good!!!! Made sure to give us a really good room so we could get some sleep. They seem to really care about their guests.

Good value for money.

Pros: Central location with reasonable driving distance from multiple attractions. Great Value for money. Good pool. Spacious rooms. Free secured parking.

Cons: Bad smell from the fridge, and they were not regularly filling the soap unless you ask them to. Only one elevator is working, so you should sometimes wait for a long time, although I saw in the recent reviews that they should have been fixing it for a long time now, but it doesn't seem they are really working on it.

Short stay but great hotel.

Pros: Breakfast was good. Plenty of options for food and I noticed how well the staff ensure high standards of hygiene to ensure no cross contamination from food to cutlery. Room was ok size and good facilities. Very close to the outlet mall which was a bonus.
