Clean and large rooms.

Pros: I am very thankful to manager CYNTIA. Because I had a problem with my rezervation and it was my fault. But she helped me very kindly and so I had solved my problem. It was important for me beacuse I was travelling with my baby. Hotel was very clean and the location is good.

Cons: Restaurant was nice but for the dinner there is no much choice. And the service person was not rude but they look very unhappy. Also the parking fee is too much but there are another options nearby.

Pros: Amazing location, everything we needed right on our doorstep. Staff were so helpful and friendly! Loved the complimentary tea and coffee in the mornings! That was a real treat!

Excellent (apart from the bike!)

Pros: The staff on check-in were fantastic. They took time to find us two beautiful rooms with interconnecting doors as we were traveling as a family. A big thank you to Tracy and MissAnne for their friendly welcome and checking in experience which set the tone for the rest of the stay.

Cons: The bikes were not good!! We hired 4 bikes, cycled to the marina and then had a flat tyre and had to walk one bike back (a 1hr 15 min walk).
