The Commerce Casino & Hotel

A well-priced hotel with great rooms, but disappointing pool and unfriendly staff.

Pros: Great hotel overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the beds were decent – not perfect, but good enough. For the location, the price was fair and much more affordable than staying in central Los Angeles.

Cons: The pool was in terrible condition and didn’t look usable at all. Also, the staff wasn’t very friendly, which took away from the overall experience

Great service and amazing spa, but the pool needs serious attention.

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay overall. The room was clean, and the spa services were excellent – super relaxing and professional.

Cons: The pool was a big letdown – it looked completely abandoned and unusable, like no one had been in it for years. Definitely not inviting.

I’ll be back again

Pros: Close to Mall and restaurants and generally a clean place

Cons: No refrigerator

Easy to find and close to airport for end of our trip.

Pros: Easy valet parking Value for room Mr Banks great eating and value for money

Cons: The smell of cannabis in hallways.

Pros: The location is great. the breakfast was good. The parking valet is operating by 3rd party so you may have to leave the car and they will park for you.

Pros: Andrew at Check in was a gentleman and a scholar. You should keep that man around the place…

Cons: Needs a laundry facility of some kind for long term stay customers to run a load of wash.

Pros: The hotel has a very nice view, clean, comfortable.

Cons: There is allot of people because of the casino but it’s separated.

Pros: The food at the hotel was very affordable especially with the player's card discount. Use of the business lounge was also very convenient and it was nice that the grab and go was open for late night snacks! I like the room showers being dedicated and not the combo bathtub/shower.

Cons: The outside smoking area is adjacent to the valet pickup stand. So you have to endure the smoke from smokers while waiting for your car in the valet area. While the hotel location is convenient, you still need a car to get places. For example, the Citadel outlet is next door but it's quite a long walk. The air conditioner was set too cold for my preferences.

Away from the family

Pros: Love the vvalet parking just because i am handicap...the manager was very nice in checking me in and helpin me with my things to the room.

Cons: No room service and a tub wanted a walk in shower

Recommend staying here. I felt safe being at this hotel.

Pros: Staff was very helpful. Checking in and out was easy.

Cons: I didn’t like talking to Commerce casino over the phone. It was difficult understanding what he was saying. He had an accent that I couldn’t quite understand what he is fully trying to say.
