Great value hotel in decent location, even if not using casino it's a good stay.

Pros: Room was large and comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly. Good food available at casino. Pool and gym were both excellent. Valet included and very friendly and quick.

Cons: Walls lack sufficient sound proofing - could hear neighboring room noises.

Happy with the hotel, out of LA far enough. Shuttle bus would have been great. Overall very good.

Pros: Staff great, from the reception to the security guards. All very helpful, security guards were happy to point us in the right direction, happy to have a chat. 😊

Cons: A little disappointed in the choices for breakfast, but my husband ate the same thing 3 mornings in a row, loved it. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Staff very pleasant.

Good hotel with comfortable rooms and good food.

Pros: Facilities were good and comfortable as well as having firnedly and serviceable staff. Restaurant and cafe have good tasting food. Gym facilities were good and clean and wifi signal was very good and stable. Good location next to main streets and freeway.

Cons: The only thing is that housekeeping did not do a throrough job. Had to request towels, soap, shampoo and bedsheets to be changed, which they did pretty quickly after the request, but I had to keep requesting soap and shampoo, they would not replenish.

Pros: hotel restaurant staff was so nice and incredibly helpful

Cons: the pillows are a little on the stiff side

Pros: Disneyland isn’t the nicest place on earth Parkwest is. Kindest people I’ve ever met at any hotel or casino. You can take that to the bank.

Cons: Everything. Super clean. I mean clean. Great security. I want to be protected everywhere I go and everywhere I spend my money.
