Amazing

Pros: We recently stayed at this hotel, and it exceeded all expectations. The hotel is modern and stylish, with incredible attention to detail in the interior design. The room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a large, cozy bed that made it feel like a true retreat. The hotel’s interior is simply stunning, and the rooftop pool is a real highlight. It offers fantastic views and is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The location is premium, making it easy to explore the best of the city. Everything about this stay was top notch!

Cons: The spa facilities were quite limited, there’s no sauna, only a steam room, and no indoor pool, which was a bit disappointing given the high standards of the rest of the hotel. Additionally, I found the room service charge hard to justify

Wonderful, except for the mess up with our deposit that they’re still holding

Pros: The location and the amenities like the rooftop pool bar/ the cafe, the gym the lobby and even the bowling room group are top class!

Cons: Had problems with a deposit holding they took from me twice accidentally tried to explain to a few of the staff and since have emailed the director of front office and have not had any reply. They’re still holding one of the deposits 10 days later.

Pros: Exceptional everything from welcome to farewell. The perfect luxe stay not far from anything in West Hollywood. Perfectly placed opposite The Comedy Store!
