Awesome location, great staff, spacious rooms

Pros: Great location!! Lots of amenities which we did not try, but its there! Really great recommendations by the friendly front desk staffs upon arrival.

Cons: Sound proofing of the rooms need improvements. We would hear the kid in the room above us running around at like 1am. The valet also incorrectly marked us down for 3 days of valet, but we only took Uber the whole trip. However, this was reversed upon discovery by the front desk staffs.

Pros: Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Wine and cocktail hour is a nice touch. Excellent restaurant. Gym and pool. Good central location in West Hollywood close to restaurants, bars and shops.

Cons: The room was a little small.

Comfortable and friendly Hotel in LA

Pros: It was fine to stay here for a business trip. The room was clean and pretty good. Every staff was kind and friendly so they made me feel very comfortable. And also their neighborhood was safe!

Cons: But the inside pool was not bad but under my expectation..!

Perfect location & very comfortable bed! Great restaurants to hang out at.

Pros: The room were well designed, and the bed very comfortable! The location was brilliant. We overall had a wonderful stay. Everyone was super friendly & we really enjoyed our stay.

Cons: The bathroom lacked in storage. Very little space to store toiletries and even hang towels. Minor detail but this is the one thing we disliked.

Great location & relaxing vibe.

Pros: Lived the whole vibe of the hotel from the artworks to the staff. Phillip & Noah in particular were extremely helpful & friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.

Cons: It would have been nice to have tea making in the room with fresh milk & complimentary bottled water.

A great hotel that I would recommend to others and somewhere that I will return to in the future.

Pros: Location was great for our needs. The availability of parking was a deciding factor. The rooms were nice, although they feel a little tired and should be refreshed. Staff were generally very helpful and friendly.

Cons: The bar closed very early and we were turned away at 9.50pm even though I believe it said they were open until 10pm. Not good service for a guest staying for 5 nights. Luckily Zack the barman heard about this the following day and gave us a round of drinks to apologise. The room service was also very slow and we waited over an hour for it to arrive. No apology was made when we had to call and check if it was actually coming. Your staff should be aware that a simple phone call to update or apologise would be appreciated. Some of the staff seemed to be inexperienced and unsure/unaware of certain levels of service expectations. It was explained as a labour shortage which seemed to be a convenient way of brushing it off.
