Pros: Very nice atmosphere. Different and busy but in a good way. The room was great and had a super view.

Pros: This was our first hotel for our road trip in the US which lasted 3 weeks. The view is nice (you can see the city of Los Angeles from uphill), the staff was really welcoming and always available to assist. It was close by car from Warner Brother Studios, Universal Studios (15min and we never had any traffic jam) and Hollywood boulevard / Beverly hills (10 to 20min). The valet was really good, easy to access and the car is ready quickly when you need it. The room is comfortable, clean and quiet. We also used the swimming pool (on the roof) with our kids (7 and 10). It has a really good view, you need to go there before the end of the afternoon otherwise the sun will have moved to behind the building and it will be a bit cold.

Cons: It was quite expensive compared to the other hotels we went to (considering the quality, size of the room, etc.).

Relaxing, beautiful and pampered

Pros: The Hotel is in a good location with the facility of paid valet parking which worked well. The interior of the hotel and the rooms are based on nature which is so relaxing. The rooms and bed are beautiful and comfortable, lovely bed linen and lighting with coffee and tea making facilities but the one of the most important things is the attentiveness of all the staff they were brilliant especially Mackenzie who went above and beyond. All staff made the experience extra special. The pool area is lovely and clean and there is someone catering to all your needs with beautiful towels and fresh fruit and lemon water. The hotel smells lovely too and there is a health suit with treatment available. Well done wished we could have stayed longer

A beautiful hotel. I would stay here again.

Pros: We have stayed in a 1 Hotel before and they really are nice. This was no exception. Great parking, right outside the door for a valet to take to the car park. A beautifully appointed bar area with a good selection of drinks. We had a very comfy room and everywhere was spotlessly clean. The best thing about the hotel has to be the staff. Nothing is too much trouble and they go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. My son used the gym and said it had good equipment.

Cons: The pool area is quite small and the sun goes by the afternoon, which is the only negative thing for me.
