Amazing Universal Studios Loft FREE parking

I simply recommend it

Pros: The location offers convenient access to Hollywood Blvd. and shops. Parking is available, very practical and convenient. The quiet hours are manageable. Hearing neighbors' noises is a rather inevitable element of the building's style. A stunning view of Downtown LA from the rooftop. The kitchenette is also available.

Cons: in principle, there were no such elements

Great place to stay in LA!

Pros: It’s in a great location. The property is clean and comes with a kitchen be utensils. The perfect place to stop in LA.

Cons: The address is wrong on the listing and the one sent to us. Delivery drivers like uber eats or uber taxi drivers are always taken to a different location. Would be good to update the listing.

Great location with super nice amenities and free underground parking

Pros: Free parking on premises is great, it's also locked and you're given a remote to get in and out. Parking space is very big, you will be able to fit truck for sure. The location is close to universal, warner bros, Griffith observatory, Hollywood boulevard, target, there's a mall few min by car, best buy, etc. Overall one of the best locations in LA in my opinion. Best were big and confy, king or queen size I believe. Room has a fridge, microwave, dish washing machine, iron, hair dryer (maybe a TV as well, don't remember). There's also a floor shared clothes dryer and washer. It's clean, nicely furbished, easy to access, instructions were clear to check in/out. Fast host communication.

Cons: Most of this will be nitpicking, but there were a few things that would take this stay to an 11/10. Because it's a new building, floors are pretty thin. So if the upstairs neighbor is walking more \

Good value for money and near to universal studios

Pros: Good value for money. The host was helpful and it was easy to access to the apartment . We used public transport and uber to get to universal studios.

Cons: There was some smell in the apartment but overall it was good stay

Pros: The location is excellent. It’s spacious and clean. Helen was concerned about our comfort at all times. It has everything we need. I highly recommend this place.

Cosy place in a pleasant location

Pros: Nice and cosy. Fully equipped kitchen. Free underground parking.

Cons: Thin walls - loud noises from neighbours. Earplugs took care of that.

Very nice stay in a loft for a couple of days in Hollywood

Pros: The location and the little balcony, safe quiet area near Hollywood. The self-check-in/out very convenient

Cons: Exact address inaccurate and confusing

Holiday with nephew that was central to all the tourist attractions we wanted to see

Pros: Location to Hollywood was great .. 5 min walk to the Dolby Theatre

Cons: Not much to dislike .. the unit had good amenities with a functional kitchenette.. pots pans microwave.. room close to the the laundry room ..

A place close to everything

Pros: Helen was a good host on WhatsApp. Very attentive and responsive if you needed her. A central location to walk, eat and enjoy Los Angeles. Thank you Helen for your hospitality. See you next time. Best regards.

Pros: Location. It is very close to most Hollywood attractions. The host Helen is very accommodating. She even bought a new pot for us and dropped it off when I asked as I told her we would need it for soup/stew. Check-in instructions a little long but went smoothly with Helen's clear instructions. Free parking is a big plus! Very good and helpful host. She replies quickly on whatsapp if you have questions. We will definitely come back and book in again when we come back to LA.
