Elegant and delightful!

Pros: The room was a great size and I particularly loved the separate dressing area. Staff (reception, valet) were also wonderful and helpful!

Nearly flawless stay at a true Beverly Hills gem!

Pros: This was our favourite hotel of the trip. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Rodeo Drive. The suites are spacious and beautifully designed, and the bathrooms are exceptional. I loved the makeup mirror with lighting and the separate dressing area. We stayed here while getting married, and everything about the experience was exquisite. The staff treat you like royalty! Friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. Housekeeping and turndown service were flawless. The rooftop pool and views at sunrise and sunset are spectacular.

Cons: There’s very little negative to say. If I’m being picky, the decor in the rooms could use an update, the wallpaper and headboard feels dated, though that’s personal preference. The corridor on the 4th floor had a faint musty smell, not unpleasant but not what you’d expect from a luxury hotel.

If you're looking for luxury boutique style hotel

Pros: -Luxury and elegant hotel, with cosy, boutique hotel feel. -Loved that my pillow case had my initials embroidered - lovely little details! -Spacious room with great views. -Tentative staff.

Cons: -Windows are not sound proof, noise from the street such as ambulance or loud cars could be heard. -Room furniture needs an upgrade (carpets are stained in several spots, bedside tables are chipped, desk chair's leather is torn/ scratched) -Old tv screen, old hair dryer..

Pros: Fantastic property and would choose to stay here all over again! Does not feel touristy and a destination to just browse as some other top Beverly Hills properties have become. Instead; it is beautifully decorated, extremely chic and the most thoughtful staff one could wish for. We have stayed in some of the most fabulous hotels around the world and L’Ermitage is at the top level. Refined cuisine, top notch housekeeping, noise insulation and an extremely professional front desk and chauffeur service. Thank you again!

Great boutique hotel in Beverley Hills

Pros: Great friendly staff, room was very large and spacious, bed was comfortable, view was exceptional, great feeling of space and comfort. Lots of nice little touches by the management.

Cons: Bathroom and some parts of the room were a little marked and tired.
