Great location, good value, needs someone on reception in the daytime
Pros: Excellent location, large clean room, great shower and strong WiFi in the room and downstairs in the lobby.
Cons: The reception wasn’t staffed as the receptionist was on her break for an hour. This wasn’t good because I was going to the airport and had to wait 45mins to get my luggage from the locker. Also people were trying to check in and couldn’t plus others wanted to get parking and couldn’t. So there either needs someone there all the time or a cellphone to call to ask her to return to the front desk.

Super little gem of a place
Pros: The location was super , a great place to use for your stay in LA So close to Rodeo Drive and to explore Beverley Hills
Cons: Tea and coffee facilities would have been nice But didn’t spoil anything not having them

Fantastic position, good value, just make sure you ask for a quiet room
Pros: Fantastic position in Beverly Hills, nice sized room, comfortable bed, good wifi even in the bedroom and a pleasant check in and check out experience.
Cons: I had noise in the room above me throughout my 8 nights stay. I thought it might stop but it didn't. I wasn't able to move rooms because the hotel was full.

Really nice place in Beverly Hills
Pros: It is really near to rodeo road, quite place, it has a little balcony that is very cute, the inside was clean, large shower. They gave shower gel, body lotion, shampoo and conditioner, and the cleaning service work daily efficiently. It has water dispenser in the hall and coffee machine (to pay). The area around is really safe, even during the night.
Cons: Even if it is a non smoking hotel, in the balcony there was remains of cigarettes

Pros: Location-Location-Location The property is 10/10 for those who look for a value for money option, for no fancy facilities & amenities, and for a hotel that ticks all the boxes without anything bolt - and primarily they look for a ace that is next to the golden triangle
Cons: The property certainly requires a light renovation—primarily a cosmetic refresh of elements like the elevator, carpeting, etc. However, the need for these minor updates should not impact my overall rating.

Amazing staff and prime location for travellers.
Pros: The staff at reception were extremely friendly and very helpful. Location is perfect, for the price and location it is definitely worth the stay. Very cute boutique hotel, great bed, aircon working well, felt very safe as a solo traveller. Walkable cafes near by.
Cons: It was loud between rooms, if you are looking for a quiet place to stay this might not be the place for you, you can hear people in the hallways.

Good location, value for money, very few facilities
Pros: Great location, large bedroom, comfortable bed, good sized shower, professional receptionist.
Cons: My room wasn't ready when I checked in after 3pm so they put me in another room and didn't tell me I had to move rooms the next day until after I had left the hotel (11am). This was very annoying because I had to leave the event I travelled 8,000 miles to return to the hotel for to move all my stuff (I was staying for 7 days). I complained and got no compensation or even a glass of wine for the inconvenience. Not good customer services.

Great location, cool little hotel.
Pros: fantastic location, location, nice room and shower.
Cons: Just that the walls seemed a little thin and you can hear people coming and going, but then it was very quiet after 10pm so all was ok for me.

Good value for money in a very good location in Beverly Hills
Pros: Hotel in a very good location in Beverly Hills, near Rodeo Drive. Most of the receptionis were very kind and helpful. I was given a new room after noticing that on the side i had the room it was a very noisy street work activity.
Cons: Old, little smelly in the rooms
