Comfortable, clean and convenient !

Pros: Room and bed was amazing. Great view. Lovely penthouse restaurant

Cons: Gym was very small. The coffee shop had strange opening times. The parking was chaotic

Great bed and location in Santa Monica

Pros: Great and spacious room, amazing bed and pillow. Superb breakfast with a very good view over the ocean.

Cons: The room’s door is of poor quality, you can easily hear people in the hall and in the room next door. Can even understand the conversations. Also was a pity that, to my surprise, there was no shower gel nor shampoo when I went for the first shower. This should be verified by the staff.

Cons: Overall the property was amazing, unfortunately on day of checkout we experienced one receptionist as being deliberately unhelpful. The other receptionist was quick to assist us.

Ecellent and fun stay.

Pros: Excellent location and stunning views of the ocean and mountains from room. The room was very spacious with comfortable beds. The staff were helpful and polite, nothing was too much trouble.

Cons: As a tea drinker it would be useful to have facilities to make tea not just coffee.
