Best Western Royal Palace Inn & Suites

Pros: the person who greeted us was exceptional, we arrived very early and he was very accommodating and helpful

Pros: Good hotel to explore the wider Los Angeles area at your own.

A peaceful place for family relaxation

Pros: A quiet location, a very pleasant hotel, a room that was larger than average, including a balcony and a small living room. We also enjoyed using the pool and laundry facilities. Convenient parking and public transportation within a 10-minute walk.

Cons: Breakfast. But that's a problem for us Europeans everywhere in the US. The repetitive choices, the predominance of sweets, and the disposable packaging—it's frightening how much waste one person produces during breakfast...

Great place, value for money and staff exceeded expectations

Pros: Great staff, very friendly and helpful with tips on places to see and eat at. Room was as detailed in listing, great to have second room in the family suite. Breakfast was great.

Cons: Parking on the street worked for us but it would have been great to have parking on property included in price. Also the room size was just a little small having 4 people with luggage.

Good value for what you pay

Pros: The staff was very friendly, specially Fred was always smiling. The breakfast buffet was good. The room was good size. Easy to Find the hotell. We would likely stay again If we travel to Los Angeles again.

Cons: The carpet in the room needs to be changed, it has a smell to it. The pool area needs more attention and cleaning.

When we will be in LA we will stay again

Best western inn and suites - your home away from home in LA

Pros: Well, the beds were comfortable, the staff was so helpfull and friendly and the breakfast far exceeded our expectations! it was rich, fresh, tasty and abundant. there was parking in the hotel, which we used only in the last evening, as the street offered free parking during our stay as well. the location was very centric and easy to reach. We highly recommend the best western and will definitely be back

Good location to drive to and access metro.

Pros: Greeted by a great guy on reception who gave us some great tips for getting around on the nearby metro system. Room was comfortable, breakfast was good.

Good one night stay!

Pros: The hotel was clean, great accessibility from the freeway. Breakfast was very good. Good and easy parking.

Cons: The sofa bed could have been better.
