Luxurious stay for the last nights of our vacation

Pros: Well presented with excellent service from start to finish.

Cons: Not much within walking distance

Great stay!

Pros: - Spacious large gym with new equipment - new and modern throughout - spacious rooms and bathroom - thoughtful staff who were always available to help - valet service is pricey but you get your car within 5-10mins each time so hardly any wait - welcome gift for our honeymoon which was thoughtful - convenient location to most places in LA - across the road from Westfield (shops, restaurants etc) - housekeeping noted my preferences (extra towels and firm pillow)

Cons: Very minor points only, such as: - Valet service could have helped with unloading heavy luggage on arrival but we checked in at midnight - Main lobby bar is closed in daytime, would be nice to be able to have a morning coffee/tea - provide more cartons of water for check in

Pros: Great location, Elegant and modern interiors of lobby and rooms, The fitness center is huge and well-equipped, I enjoyed the chocolate-dipped strawberries sent from the reception, thanks!

Cons: The reception desk needs more staff to accommodate the number of guests, as the check-in and check-out process was a bit lengthy. The TV screen in my bedroom was too large for its proximity to the bed. While during the day the room is well-lit from the sun, at night the room lighting is not sufficient (understandable in the bedroom, but in the living room area the lighting was too dim) The spotlights in bathrooms are too close to the head. Upon checking in, I was not oriented with the hotel facilities and services (i.e. restaurants, breakfast time, fitness center, spa location, ...)

Pros: the location you can find everything you need in the room

Cons: the checkin and the checkout reception was unprofessional name (freddy)

Pros: We had a beautiful spacious room and bathroom with a bath and separate shower. Great products and everything you may have forgotten. Comfortable bed. Close to great shopping mall with cafe's and restaurants.

Cons: Room service forgot half of our order but quickly rectified the mistake.

Pros: the hotel is ideally located next to the shopping mall. the rooms are spacious and clean and good bathroom facilities. the staff is friendly.

Cons: the concierge service could be improved for tourists.

A nice getaway for peace and quiet.

Pros: Staff was very professional and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable.

Luxury stay and staff were very accommodating

Pros: The rooms were very spacious, beautiful and clean. The staff went over the top for my family and made our stay as comfortable as possible. They even arranged a car hire for us.

Cons: The valet parking is very expensive. Convenient but experience.
